Cheap Car in Portland, Oregon

I'm selling my Chevy Lumina, not because I want to but because I'm moving soon and cannot take it with me. It's a strong car. It's not pretty, and it needs work - but we've owned it since brand new.

Good tags, decent tires, paint missing from snow tires (does well in snow, ice, and rain) if you need a car now, then this would be one that will last.
WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE:
-First thing that needs to be done is the break booster. That's what's preventing it from driving around. It's runs, it's drives, but the booster is going out so stopping is an issue.
-Needs a drivers side mirror- CHEAP.
-Needs the signal switch installed into the steering column - blinkers are loose until then, and windshield wipers only work on high - I bought that part, but cannot put the part.
-Drivers side window doesn't roll down -CHEAP.
Another thing is the carpets aren't nice, I'm cleaning them as best I can but they aren't cute.
This isn't a nice car, it's an almost functioning car with some potential. It's got a strong V6 engine and a strong transmission. It's cheap to insure, cheap to fill, and you get around 26MPG. Clean title, no accidents, and only a few big repairs have been done (CV JOINT/AXLE & FUEL PUMP both done at shops).
I'm askin $600 cash or best offer.. Please don't offer me $250 or $350, I can get that from a junk yard. And I'm not in that big of a rush to sell it.. You can even use my driveway to fix the break booster, I don't care. And I MAY be able to get a free tow, but no promises. Just text me at xxxxxxxx17 or email me.
